It is a brief yet information packed to get enough knowledge on what diversity and inclusion is about. It will be great if there are more or even higher learning available to follow up this course.

This was an interesting course that gave me a deeper understanding of diversity and inclusion in the workplace globally. I believe the content needs to be refreshed and statistics updated.

Compared to other courses I have taken on coursera, this course in particular is very poorly written and organized. Peer graded assignments have instructions that are so poorly written that I must reread up to 5 times just to get an idea of what they are expecting from the student. Quizzes often include questions that aren't directly related to the content or readings, and are very oddly worded in both the questions and answers. The content is interesting but I've been unable to fully immerse myself in the course due to the quality of its assignments and quizzes.
