This course will provide you with a foundational awareness of AI, its types, and its importance to employees. It explains AI beyond the hype, clarifies its connection to your daily work, and helps build a shared language across teams.

You’ll learn how to confidently use AI tools in your day-to-day role, from writing and planning to decision-making and communication.
