The Course instruction seems to be a reproduction of reading the transcript of the video and is missing crucial explanations that create the essence of learning. Please re-record the missing components of the course if possible(if used a reference course to teach this).

The instructor doesn't know what she is speaking. At one place BSW modules were referred as BMW modules. Most of the session felt like she was reading a script without explaining the topics clearly.
