By the end of this course, you'll be able to: • Recognize what Generative AI is and what it can and cannot do. • Define Copilot capabilities within the Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystems. • Access and navigate the 365 Copilot platform effectively. • Recognize how to leverage Microsoft Copilot integration. • Demonstrate prompt engineering to get the most useful responses from Microsoft Copilot. Required Course Materials: A Copilot license is required to complete this course. If you don’t have a Microsoft 365 Personal or Family license, you can start a free 30-day trial using the link provided in the course.
