In this week, you will apply the talent acquisition life cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods. You will evaluate prospective employees using background checks and test options used in the employee evaluation stage.

In your final week of Course 1, you will analyze core elements of negotiation, job offers, and employment contracts, and implement best practices for employee onboarding. You will describe the core components of the employee handbook and apply retention strategies and metrics that help retain talent.
