This specialization prepares new and aspiring managers with practical, real-world skills to lead teams effectively. Across four courses, you’ll build a strong leadership foundation by learning how to transition into management, communicate with clarity, build trust, and navigate change, conflict, and problem-solving with confidence.
You’ll also develop the ability to manage and motivate teams by delegating effectively, sustaining motivation, and coaching employees for growth. In addition, you’ll master performance management and talent development through setting goals, delivering continuous feedback, conducting fair evaluations, and hiring and onboarding talent, equipping you to build high-performing teams and drive long-term success.
Applied Learning Project
This specialization includes interactive role-play exercises and simulated workplace scenarios that allow you to practice key leadership skills in realistic situations. You’ll engage in guided dialogues to build confidence in communication, decision-making, performance conversations, and team leadership.
