Dr. Andi Lassiter is a Professor in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology program at Minnesota State University, Mankato, and serves as a consultant with the Organizational Effectiveness Research Group (OERG). She received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. Dr. Lassiter has spent her career researching and working with individuals and teams on collaborative learning initiatives as well as training and development efforts in organizations. She has previously been involved with projects in a range of organizations including the U.S. Army Research Institute for Social and Behavioral Sciences and the United States Air Force.
